institutions to participate in each other''s international book fair.
ARTICLE VI. FINANCIAL PROVISIONS
17. The sending Party shall bear the international travel expenses of the
persons traveling for the exchange items stipulated in this Programme while
the Receiving Party shall bear the expenses for their board and lodging,
local transportation and medical care in case of emergency.
18. For the exhibition exchanges stipulated in this Programme, the
Sending Party shall bear the costs of the international transportation, the
insurance for the exhibits and the international travel expenses of the
personnel accompanying the exhibition while the Receiving Party shall bear
the expenses of board and lodging, local transportation and the emergency
medical care for the personnel accompanying the exhibition as well as the
costs of local transportation and insurance relating to the exhibits, and the
costs for organizing the exhibition within its territory.
19. Both parties shall encourage enterprises to sponsor projects
mentioned in the bilateral Executive Programme.
ARTICLE VI. OTHER PROVISIONS
20. Details of implementation of any specific items under this
Programme shall be decided through separate discussions between relevant
authorities of the Parties.
21. In implementing this Programme, any items that may be added to or
deleted from this Programme or other problems that may arise shall be
settled through friendly consultations between the Parties.
22. This Programme shall enter into force upon the date of its signature
and shall remain valid until December 31, 2012.
