friendly cooperation with its due partners in Mauritius.
9. Within the period of validity of this Programme, the Chinese side will
provide the services of two to three experts in Dramatic Arts and Dance
Choreography to visit Mauritius in residence for a period of one month.
ARTICLE II. LIBRARIES, MUSEUMS AND ARCHIVES
10. The Parties shall encourage exchange of visits of senior officials,
technical exchange and cooperation and the exchange of publications
including monographs, magazines and governmental publications between
the national libraries of both countries.
11. The Parties shall encourage exchange of visits, publications and
information between the national museums of both countries.
12. The Parties shall facilitate technical exchange and cooperation
between the national archives of both countries.
ARTICLE Ⅲ. CULTURAL HERITAGE
13. The Parties shall encourage exchange of information on cultural
heritage, exchange of visits by cultural relics experts and the exchange and
cooperation in the field of cultural relics preservation and management
between the cultural heritage authorities of both countries.
ARTICLE IV. CINEMA
14. The Parties agree to strengthen technical exchange and cooperation
in the field of cinema of both countries.
15. The Parties will organize a film week in each other''s country within
the validity of this Programme.
ARTICLE V. PRESS AND PUBLICATION
16. The Parties encourage exchange and cooperation in the area of press
and publication. Both parties encourage translation, publication, and
introduction of their outstanding literary works and other books to each
other using their own languages. Both parties encourage their publishing
