　　This agreement is signed between the and to facilitate and strengthen their scientific cooperation within their mutual competence. Both parties believe that collaborative research and scientific exchanges will be mutually beneficial.

　　1. Based on mutual interests， both are expected to apply for joint research projects from funding agencies of the respective countries.

　　2. According to the needs of the cooperation， exchange of scientists and graduated students will be arranged to facilitate the exchange of scientific knowledge and experience， and to conduct research work.

　　3. It is expected that　　　　　　　　could accept 1-2 senior scientists for 1-3 months in the next 1 years. The international traveling expense as well as the living cost will be covered by the Chinese Academy of Sciences.

　　4. Further details of the cooperation should comply with other bilateral agreement already signed between the two countries.

　　附件4：

　　来访科学家的国际旅费和学术报告会酬劳，在科学家到达后即可办理。
　　一、经办所需材料：
　　1．关于批准XXXX年度中国科学院‘爱因斯坦讲席教授’计划项目的通知原件。
　　2．来访科学家往返国际机票的购票发票。（科学家最好在自己国家购买）
　　3．合作协议书。
　　4．来访专家在院做学术报告会酬金领取签报单。（签报单附后）
　　二、经费领取程序：
　　1、持上述材料到院人事教育局人才与留学工作处（院机关418室）办理核准手续。
　　2．持核准后开具的报销单到院办公厅财务（周一至周四，院机关143室）开具有关购汇票据。
　　3．持财务开具的有关票据到北京西单中国银行办理领款，并返还相关单据到办公厅财务。
