五、结语
清洁能源技术与产业是未来国民经济发展和国际竞争的重要引擎和领域，中国需要在现有格局中不断采用正确的国家战略和法律技巧，实现快速发展和竞争突围。正确的专利保护策略和国家的战略扶持使得中国清洁能源技术与产业的未来发展充满希望。
