The incremental printed paper money which this article mentions is the one which all the countries print except what is printed in order to replace the invalid paper money. The purpose of this article is not to criticize a country, but to criticize all the countries and regions which use paper money. The suggestion that giving the ownership of incremental printed paper money to nationals is for the countries and regions which use paper money too. I hope the developed countries such as the UK, the US and Japan could take the lead in accepting the proposal.
I, It''s not Reasonable that There is Nothing about the Ownership of Incremental Printed Paper Money in Laws
There were four families in the country called Zhiduomei. The master of the first family called Tu Ti had some lands but no money; the master of the second family called Shan Ben had some mountains, timbers and stone but no money; the master of the third family called Gong Jiang had 5 million yuan but no mountain and land; the master of the fourth family called Zheng Fu had 5 million yuan but no mountain and land too.
One year, Gong Jiang spent 5 million yuan in buying a piece of land from Tu Ti and borrowed 5 million yuan from Zheng Fu to buy some timbers and stone from Shan Ben in order to build 3 houses. One house was to live; the other houses were to sell to Tu Ti and Shan Ben with the price of 10 million yuan per house.
Tu Ti and Shan Ben said, "The price of 10 million yuan per house is reasonable and we are willing to accept it, but we don''t have enough money, the money we made by selling lands, timbers and stone is 10 million yuan, it is enough to buy one house. If we are to buy two houses, all we can do is pay the half money and print IOU for the other money."
