总之，调解保密性是调解程序的内在要求，这决定了调解保密性适用模式建构的慎重性。单一的适用模式无法保障调解保密性得到良好遵行，多元化的适用模式相互弥补，相映相合。调解保密协议和证据排除规则已经初步建立，我国还缺失通过发现程序和调解保密特权保障调解保密性的制度设计。在调解再度复兴的时代背景下，充实调解保密协议，明晰调解信息的证据排除规则，汲取发现程序和调解保密特权的精髓，建构多元化的适用模式有助于推动多元化纠纷解决机制的顺畅运行。
